I placed an order for a kurti on 31.05.22. After waiting over a month, my order still hadn’t shown up. On 29.06.22, I shot them an email asking about the status of my order and why it was still missing. They got back to me saying they couldn’t find the fabric to make my kurti, so they were just canceling it. Shouldn’t they have let me know sooner that they couldn’t get the fabric? Why wait until I started asking about it? It’s just so unprofessional. If they were having trouble sourcing the fabric, they should’ve reached out to me right away. It took them nearly a month to give me this excuse, and that was only after I contacted them. Since my order was prepaid, I inquired about my refund on 30.06.22. They assured me that they would refund the full amount, and they did. Still, it’s really disappointing and unprofessional to leave customers in the dark like this.

I've ordered clothes from this place before, and while the quality wasn't great, it was manageable. But my latest order? Total disaster! They really messed things up, thinking they could take my trust for granted. The suit I received was poorly stitched and looked nothing like the one in the photo. When I reached out and shared a picture of what I got, they just wouldn't see it my way. They offered a return, but guess what? I'd have to pay for that too. How convenient for them! Seriously, folks, steer clear of these scammers. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

Ordering from this website was a real letdown for me. They claim you can cancel your order within 24 hours, but when I attempted to do so after just 10 hours, it didn’t work out. Their response time is painfully slow, and the customer support is just terrible. I got my item, and while it was decent, the trouble I faced while ordering was just too much. I didn’t get any confirmation email or order ID, which was frustrating. I had to go through my PayPal account to get my shipping info after trying to cancel. Honestly, I wouldn’t suggest anyone to shop here. It’s a hassle, and their customer service is lacking... they take forever to respond.

The quality of this item is just awful. Customer support is lacking too. It takes ages for them to ship the product, and what I received was a poorly made dress. They refused my return request. Good luck getting a response to your emails or calls!

This is a total rip-off. Seriously, steer clear of this site. Myntra is way better, or just buy in-store. Inddus.com is hands down the worst place to shop. They won't even take your return requests.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I reached out twice to check on my order status but got no reply. The customer care number they gave me is always turned off. What kind of service is this? I need my delivery by November 26, 2021, and I ordered it on November 11, 2021, yet there's still no update. Now I'm worried that my 10,000/- has gone down the drain!

I made an order on May 5th for an anarkali gown and I'm still in the dark about it. For the last couple of weeks, I've shot off multiple emails asking for updates and to confirm my measurements, but I've heard nothing back. I attempted to reach out to customer service through their chat feature, but no one responded. I called them twice and got no answer, and I even tried WhatsApp, but still no luck. Maybe this will grab their attention because I'm reporting them for fraud to my credit card company!

I was looking to grab a few dresses for a wedding, but thought I'd start with just one to check out the quality and service. I'm really glad I only bought one. The quality is terrible, the stitching is off, and the service was lacking. When I placed my order, I chose custom sizing, but what I got was a standard size that didn't fit me at all. The dress is so long that I need to wear 4-inch heels just to make it work, and it's way too loose on the sides too. After I reached out, they replied saying I wanted the same design. They totally ignored the size I provided. Honestly, I wish I had just donated that cash instead... now it’s just a useless item taking up space in my closet.

I've placed orders here a couple of times before, and each one was top-notch and showed up right on schedule. But this time around, I'm stuck waiting for over a month, and the company's updates are pretty lacking. My package seems to be stuck in transit for more than two weeks now, and it’s probably lost. No one’s given me any answers. I really need either A: a solid update on where my parcel is, instead of just watching the days tick by with no news, B: a replacement sent out, or C: a refund if you can't deliver what I paid for. I used to rave about this site to my friends and family because I was so impressed with the quality and service. Now, I can't say the same. In the past, they were quick to respond to my messages and kept me in the loop about my orders. Not sure what’s changed.

I'm really pleased with both the item and the service, especially. They got that I needed it in 4 days, so they made sure to ship it on time. 👍👍

Fantastic purchase! I got myself two sharara sets and they are just great. The fit is perfect, and the delivery was right on schedule.

This website is a total scam... I never received my order, and they just took my cash. When I tried to get a refund, nobody responded to me... Seriously, don’t buy from them if you don’t want to get ripped off.
